The CPU College of Medicine is NOW ACCEPTING APPLICANTS for AY: 2023-2024!
We have two application processes:
1. on-site application (applicants within Panay Area);
2. online application (applicants outside Panay Area)

Requirements for Admission:
A. Interview Phase
- Application Form
- Authenticated Birth Certificate
- NMAT Score (60% and above)
- Transcript of Records (at least 7 semesters)
- 2 pcs. 2×2 ID picture (white background)
- 1 long size ordinary folder (white)
B. Acceptance Phase
- Certificate of good moral character (2)
- Certificate of support from parents
C. Final Admission Phase
- Certified true copy of the transcript of records
- Special order of graduation
- Photocopy of diploma
D. Enrolment Phase
- Medical Certificate
- Certificate of Admission (given by the College of Medicine)
- Honorable Dismissal
